§ 103.01 SALE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF FIREWORKS.
   Prohibited generally. It shall be unlawful for any person to offer for sale, expose for sale, or sell at retail, have in possession, give, furnish, use, explode or cause to explode any firecracker, torpedo or other fireworks of like construction in the village, except as provided by this chapter.
