§ 101.03 INTERFERENCE WITH AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES OF THE VILLAGE.
   (A)   No person shall hinder, prevent or interfere with the agents or employees of the village while engaged in carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   Violation of this section shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99(B).
