§ 90.07 POSSESSION BY A PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 21 YEARS.
   No person under the age of 21 years shall knowingly possess, transport or have under his or her control any alcoholic liquor anywhere in the village including in, on or about a motor vehicle, unless the person is employed by a licensee of the State Liquor Control Commission and is possessing, transporting or having the alcoholic liquor in a motor vehicle under his or her control during regular working hours and in the course of his or her employment. This section shall not apply to alcoholic liquor possessed by a person under the age of 21 years under authority of and pursuant to a prescription of a duly licensed physician.
