§ 90.03 LIQUOR SALES.
   No licensee, by himself, herself or another, shall sell, furnish, give or deliver any alcoholic liquor to any person:
   (A)   Who is so intoxicated as not to be in reasonable control of all his or her faculties; or
   (B)   On any day during the hours not permitted by state law or the Liquor Control Commission of the state.
