§ 90.01 DEFINITIONS.
   The meaning of ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR and LICENSE when used in this chapter shall be defined in Public Act 8 of 1933 (Extra Session), being M.C.L. §§ 436.1101 et seq., as amended.
