On the water of the Sebewaing River and connecting natural and artificial channels and canals, Section 7 and 8, Town 15 North, Range 9 East, Sebewaing Village, Huron County, from the M-25 (Beck Street) bridge downstream to the mouth, an operator of a vessel shall not exceed a slow, no-wake speed, which means a very slow speed whereby the wake or wash created by the vessel would be minimal.
