§ 74.99 PENALTY.
   The penalties provided by the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act for a violation of Part 821 of Public Act 451 of 1994, being M.C.L. §§ 324.82101 to 324.82160 are adopted by reference, provided, however, that the village may not enforce any provision of the Act for which the maximum period of imprisonment is greater than 93 days.
