§ 72.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   The driver of a vehicle who fails to stop for a school bus as required by § 72.02 or who passes a school bus in violation of § 72.02 is guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (B)   Except as otherwise provided in division (A) above, a person who violates this chapter is responsible for a civil infraction.
