(A) All fines paid within three days of the issuance of a violation notice shall be half the amount set forth in the above schedule.
(B) Fines for parking in a disabled parking zone will remain at $50.
(C) All fines not paid within ten days of issuance of a violation notice shall be twice the amount set forth in the above schedule.
