§ 53.01 PROHIBITIONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to construct or maintain, or permit to be constructed or maintained, within a radius of 100 feet from any of the municipal wells within the village from which the village draws its water supplies, any source of possible contamination or pollution to the wells. Any well drilling in the village must have Council approval.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to do any act, or to allow to be done any act, that may contaminate or pollute or contribute to the contamination or pollution of the water supply wells or water system of the village.
