(A) Any individual, partnership or corporation that contracts with a property owner to install or assist in installing any sewer connections within the village shall be licensed by the village.
(B) The license fee shall be $25 and renewal fee shall be $25. Each contractor, prior to being licensed, shall furnish to the village proof of liability insurance with minimum coverage of $500,000 for bodily injury and liability and $100,000 for property damage and shall, in addition, furnish proof of worker's compensation and provide a license bond on a form provided by the village with a corporate surety which bond shall be in the minimum of $5,000.
(C) Any licensed contractor who undertakes the responsibility for the installation of sewer connections in the village shall be responsible for complying with this subchapter and all other ordinances contained within the village code.
