The amended plan is hereby approved and adopted. The duration of the amended plan shall be 20 years from the date of this subchapter or from the date of issuance of the last series of bonds pursuant to the plan, whichever is later, except as it may be extended by subsequent amendment of the plan pursuant to Act 197 of 1975. A copy of the amended plan aud all amendments thereto shall be maintained on file in the Village Clerk's office.
