§ 35.07 BOARD SUPERVISION.
   The Authority shall be under the supervision and control of a Board consisting of the Village President and members. The members shall be appointed by the Village President and members. The members shall be appointed by the President subject to approval by the Village Board of Trustees. Eligibility for membership of the Board and terms of office shall be as provided in Act 197 and Act 450. All members shall hold office until the member’s successor is appointed.
