(A) County ordinance enacted a $5 administrative cost on each probationer placed on probation by County Circuit Court and who is assessed a monthly probation fee for the purpose of offsetting County General Fund costs for this program.
(B) (1) The $5 administrative cost was collected by the County Sheriff on a monthly basis in the same manner as probation fees administered under the provision of the State Adult Probation Commission.
(2) These funds were deposited into the County General Fund reported under a specific revenue category of “Court Probation Administrative Cost.”
