(A) In accordance with A.C.A. § 14-20-111, the Quorum Court of the county may levy, in addition to fees and taxes now charged, a fee not to exceed $5 on each application for marriage license. The fee shall be collected by the County Clerk at the time application is made. All fees collected under the provisions of A.C.A. § 14-20-111 shall be credited by the County Treasurer to the County General Fund.
(B) The fee for the issuance of a marriage license charged by the County Clerk shall be increased by $5.
