(A) Revenue collected shall be remitted by the service providers to the county within 30 days after the close of each monthly billing period. The service suppliers shall be entitled to retain as an administrative fee an amount equal to 1% thereof.
(B) The total amount collected shall be handled in accordance with the 9-1-1 system and finance procedures.
