§ 33.006 REQUIRED REPORTS.
   Appropriate reports documenting the validity of the records shall be generated by the data processing system as verified and certified by the office responsible for producing that report or activity, with the County Clerk's role one of monitoring the accuracy and validity of the records. Corrections or errors shall be the responsibility of the appropriate office and official to correct prior to filing in the County Clerk's office. After tax collection reports are filed in the County Clerk's office and certified as correct, a check shall be issued and presented to the Treasurer with the report.
