§ 93.39 NO ENCROACHMENT ON OTHER OFFICIAL DUTIES.
   Nothing in this subchapter shall encroach upon the official duties or activities of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, the Federal Fish and Wildlife Service, or the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
