§ 93.37 COMPLAINTS, INVESTIGATION AND CORRECTIVE MEASURES.
   (A)   Any person that witnesses or has knowledge of animal owners violating any part of this subchapter or in relation, §§ 93.15 through 93.25, shall have the right to complain to park officials, local law enforcement and/or the humane society officials, and such authorities shall have the right to investigate the complaint.
   (B)   Local law enforcement officials have full authority to examine a complaint and other witnesses for relevant testimony and to prescribe and counsel corrective measures.
   (C)   Dumping or abandoning any animal is prohibited and is in violation of §§ 93.15 through 93.25.
