The Quorum Court, as authorized by A.C.A. § 14-24-121, does hereby authorized the county to establish an electronic warrants transfer (direct deposit) system directly into payees’ accounts in financial institutions in payment of any account allowed against the county. The electronic payment method to be established shall provide appropriate internal accounting controls and documentation for audit and accounting purposes.
