(A) The Sebastian County Travel Expense Reimbursement Policies and Procedures Manual, filed with the County Clerk contemporaneously with the filing of Ord. 2012-16, is hereby adopted as if set out fully herein.
(B) The Sebastian County Travel Expense Reimbursement Policies and Procedures, as adopted herein, shall be effective beginning August 23, 2012 and shall provide for a travel expense reimbursement system to be followed by all county offices, departments and employees thereof.
