(A) As required by A.C.A. § 16-13-709, this section designates the responsibility of fine collection for the collection of fines assessed upon defendants in the Circuit Courts and District Courts.
(B) The Fort Smith District Court is designated as the Office who shall be primarily responsible for the collection of fines assessed upon defendants in the Fort Smith District Courts of Sebastian County.
(C) In the Greenwood District Court, the Sheriff is designated as the County Official who shall be primarily responsible for the collection of fines assessed upon defendants in the Greenwood District Court of Sebastian County.
(D) The Prosecuting Attorney is designated as the County Official who shall be primarily responsible for the collection of fines assessed upon defendants in the Circuit Courts of Sebastian County.
(E) The County Clerk shall send a copy of this section, upon adoption, to the Administrative Office of the Courts.
