(A) In addition to all other duties required by law, the County Clerk shall be responsible for giving the public notification required by the State Freedom of Information Act of regular and special meetings of the Quorum Court and committees thereof.
(B) Committee chairpersons shall give the County Clerk notice of meetings of their respective committees in sufficient time for public notification of the meetings required by state law to be complied with.
