§ 31.02 COUNTY COMPTROLLER.
   (A)   Ark. Const., Am. 55 reorganized county government, formally establishing the Quorum Court as the county legislative body with authority to enact ordinances. The county budget has authorized a “comptroller” by ordinance of the Quorum Court.
   (B)   There is hereby established the County Comptroller.
