§ 110.04 ADMINISTRATION OF REGULATIONS.

The prosecution, collection of fine and penalties shall be accomplished with the assistance of the County Sheriff's Office in cooperation with the County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. Administration of the salvage yard regulations shall be the responsibility of the County Judge or designated representative.
