The various emergency services organizations in the county are authorized to provide certain special services within the county relating to the clean up or handling of hazardous materials. Fire department personnel and apparatus may be used to perform the special services. The decision to provide these services shall be made by the appropriate officials in charge of those personnel and apparatus.
