§ 93.24 PROOF OF COMPLIANCE WITH RABIES CONTROL ACT.

Any police officer or animal control officer investigating a violation of this subchapter shall demand proof of compliance with the Rabies Control Act. Failure to produce such proof of compliance shall be deemed a violation of this subchapter.
