§ 93.19 INVESTIGATION; IMPOUNDMENT.

A police officer or animal control officer may order an owner to keep any animal covered by this subchapter restrained or impounded pending investigation that such animal has attacked human beings or has harassed, wounded, or killed livestock or poultry.
