§ 91.01 POLICY; PROHIBITED ACTIVITY.
   (A)   Whereas, the U.S. Congress has declared that all citizens of the United States shall have the same right in every state and territory thereof to inherit, purchase, lease, sell, hold and convey real and personal property and has, thereby, declared fair and open housing to be the law of the land, it is hereby declared that the policy of the county is to adhere to, comply with and enforce all laws prohibiting discriminatory policies and practices based on race, sex, creed or natural origin in relation to both the private and public sectors of the housing industry in the county. Specifically, it is hereby declared to be the intention and purpose of the county to comply with and enforce all provisions of law dealing with fair and open housing and nondiscrimination in relation to local housing.
   (B)   The following acts are prohibited:
      (1)   Discrimination in the sale or rental of housing;
      (2)   Discrimination in the financing of housing; and
      (3)   Discrimination in the provision of brokerage services.
