The County Judge shall erect or cause to be erected and maintained signs designating the provisions hereof and administrative rules and regulations concerning heavy haul. At each end of the portion of any highway affected thereby, the signs shall state, at a minimum, "No Trucks Without County Permit" and the specified load limit.
