In accordance with A.C.A. §§ 27-35-101 through 27-35-113, A.C.A. §§ 27-4-101 et seq., A.C.A. §§ 14-14-101 et seq., as amended, and the State Constitution, the county permit and bond procedures for heavy haul operations occurring over county roads are established as set forth herein.
