§ 13.05 FEES.
   (A)   The fee for permits issued or renewed in July, August or September is the amount that shall be set by the City Council from time to time. The fee for permits issued in October, November or December is the amount that shall be set by the City Council from time to time; in January, February or March, the amount that shall be set by the City Council from time to time; and in April, May or June, the amount that shall be set by the City Council from time to time.
   (B)   Upon issuance of the permit by the Council, the Clerk-Treasurer shall deposit the fee in the city General Fund.
