§ 12.09 APPLICATION, CONTENTS; BOND.
   (A)   A verified application for the original issuance or the renewal of a liquor control license, wine permit or a beer permit shall be filed at such time, in such number of copies and in such form as the State Administrator of the Alcoholic Beverages Division prescribes, on forms prescribed by him or her. The application shall be accompanied by the required fee and bond and be filed with the Council for approval or disapproval.
   (B)   The bond to be submitted shall be in a form prescribed by the State Administrator and in the following amounts and conditioned upon the payment of all taxes payable to the state under the provisions of the State Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, being Iowa Code Chapter 123, and compliance with all provisions of the Act and conditioned upon the faithful observance of the State Alcoholic Beverage Control Act:
      (1)   With any liquor control license except Class E: the amount that shall be set by the City Council from time to time;
      (2)   With any Class B or Class C beer permit: the amount that shall be set by the City Council from time to time; and
      (3)   With any other class of license or permit: as set by state law.
