§ 12.08 SEPARATE LOCATIONS; CLASS B OR C.
   Every person holding a Class B or Class C beer permit or a Class B wine permit having more than one place of business where such beer or wine is sold is required to have a separate license for each separate place of business, except as otherwise prohibited by state law.
