§ 12.02 DEFINITIONS.
   Where words and phrases used in this chapter are defined by state law, such definitions shall apply to their use in this chapter and are adopted by reference. For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   LEGAL AGE. Twenty-one years of age or more.
