§ 6.21 AMOUNT OF BONDS.
   (A)   Each officer named shall be covered in the amount shown:
      (1)   Mayor: the amount that shall be set by the City Council from time to time; and
      (2)   Clerk-Treasurer: the amount that shall be set by the City Council from time to time.
   (B)   The Council shall provide by resolution for a surety bond for any other officer or employee that the Council deems necessary, or for a blanket bond covering all officers and employees, including the above. The city shall pay the premium on any official bond.
