§ 35.06 SEWER UTILITY FUND.
   All revenues and monies derived from the operation of the sewer system shall be paid to and held by the city in a fund separate and apart from all other funds of the city. The fund shall be designated as the Sewer Utility Fund, and the Council shall administer the Fund in the manner provided by the Iowa Code and all other laws pertaining thereto.
