(A) Every driver of a vehicle shall stop in accordance with the following.
(1) Westbound traffic on Fourth Street shall stop at Highway 146.
(2) Westbound traffic on Fourth Street shall stop at Railroad Street.
(3) Eastbound traffic on Fourth Street shall stop at Railroad Street.
(4) Northbound traffic on Main Street shall stop at Fourth Street.
(5) Southbound traffic on Main Street shall stop at Fourth Street.
(6) Northbound traffic on Center Street shall stop at Fourth Street.
(7) Southbound traffic on Center Street shall stop at Fourth Street.
(8) Northbound traffic on High Street shall stop at Fourth Street.
(9) Southbound traffic on High Street shall stop at Fourth Street.
(10) Westbound traffic on Third Street shall stop at Railroad Street.
(11) Westbound traffic on Third Street shall stop at Main Street.
(12) Eastbound traffic on Third Street shall stop at Main Street.
(13) Northbound traffic on Center Street shall stop at Third Street.
(14) Southbound traffic on Center Street shall stop at Third Street.
(15) Westbound traffic on Second Street shall stop at Railroad Street.
(16) Northbound traffic on Railroad Street shall stop at Second Street.
(17) Southbound traffic on Main Street shall stop at Railroad Street.
(18) Northbound traffic on Center Street shall stop at Second Street.
(19) Southbound traffic on Center Street shall stop at Second Street.
(20) Northbound traffic on High Street shall stop at First Street.
(21) Southbound traffic on High Street shall stop at First Street.
(22) Eastbound traffic on First Street shall stop at High Street.
(23) Westbound traffic on First Street shall stop at High Street.
(24) Southbound traffic on Center Street shall stop at First Street.
(25) Westbound traffic on Hill Street shall stop at High Street.
(26) Westbound traffic on South Street shall stop at Main Street.
(27) Eastbound traffic on South Street shall stop at East Street.
(28) Southbound traffic on High Street shall stop at Highway 146.
(29) Eastbound traffic on Hill Street shall stop at East Street.
(30) Eastbound traffic on Second Street shall stop at High Street.
(31) Eastbound traffic on Fourth Street shall stop at Main Street.
(B) Notwithstanding any traffic control device, no driver shall enter an intersection unless there is sufficient space on the other side of the intersection to accommodate the vehicle.
(C) Where traffic control devices are not in place, the driver of the vehicle shall yield the right-of-way, slowing down or stopping, if need be, to yield to a pedestrian crossing the roadway at an intersection.
(D) This section shall be in effect from and after its final passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
