§ 32.16 PEDESTRIANS ON LEFT.
   (A)   Where sidewalks are provided, it shall be unlawful for any pedestrian to walk along and upon an adjacent roadway.
   (B)   Where sidewalks are not provided pedestrians shall at all times when walking on or along a roadway, walk on the left side of such roadway, facing traffic.
