§ 30.08 CITY TO PERFORM UPON OWNER’S FAILURE; UNTRIMMED TREES DEEMED NUISANCE.
   The leaving of any tree untrimmed for the period of seven days after either written or oral notice from the Mayor or any police officer of the city shall subject the offender to the penalties of this code. Such untrimmed trees shall be regarded as a nuisance and shall be abated accordingly.
