§ 30.05 PLANTING TREES IN PARKING LOTS, ALLEYS OR STREETS.
   It is unlawful for any person to plant a tree in any parking lot or in any other part of a public street or alley, where the tree would be closer than four feet from the curb or edge of traveled way plus any necessary width for a ditch, or closer than eight feet from the street property line.
