§ 27.14 CULVERT LENGTH.
   (A)   All culverts used for new installations occurring after June 5, 1978, shall be of a minimum diameter of 15 inches and shall be made of steel and shall be two feet longer than the width of, and extend beyond each edge of the driveway constructed over the culvert.
   (B)   Any deviation from the foregoing requirements shall be only with the written consent and resolution of the Council.
