§ 4.05 CREATION OF APPOINTIVE OFFICERS.
   There are created the following appointive officers: Clerk-Treasurer; Marshal; City Attorney; Health Officer; Fire Chief; and Building Inspector. The Council may combine the duties of any appointed officer with another appointed officer.
