§ 20.27 OBSTRUCTION OF TRAFFIC OR STREET FIELD OF VISION BY VEGETATION.
   In order to protect the public safety, maintain traffic flow and reduce property damage to vehicles, the following standards shall be maintained.
   (A)   Trees, overhanging limbs. The city retains the right to trim, remove or cause to have removed all trees and overhanging limbs over streets to maintain a minimum height of 13 feet, six inches. The city also reserves the right to trim and/or remove any tree within ten feet of the edge of a city street if it is deemed a traffic hazard.
   (B)   Brush, vines, bushes or other vegetation. The city retains the right to maintain clear field of vision at all intersections and along all city streets. The city reserves the right to trim and/or remove any vegetation which is deemed a hazard to traffic.
