§ 3.02 CITY SEAL.
   There shall be a city seal, in the center of which shall be the words “Searsboro, Iowa” and around the margin the words “City Seal.” The seal shall be affixed to all transcripts, orders or certificates which it may be necessary or proper to authenticate.
