The boundaries of the city are described and confirmed to be as follows: Commencing at a point 80 rods north of the southeast corner of Section 4, Township 78 North, Range 16 West of the Fifth P.M.; thence running west one-half mile; then south three-quarters of a mile to the center of Section 9, Township 78 North, Range 16 West of the Fifth P.M.; thence east one-half mile to the line between Sections 9 and 10 in said Township and Range; thence north on said line to place of beginning.
