§ 72.01 NO PARKING DURING SNOW EMERGENCY.
   To facilitate the removal of snow, parking shall be prohibited on any street, in any alley, or in any city parking lot during the hours of 2:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. from November 1 to April 1.
