The following uses and structures shall be prohibited:
(A) Camping trailers, travel trailers, pickup coaches or auto campers shall not be occupied as living quarters.
(B) Manufactured home sales.
(C) Professional offices, fraternity, sorority or fraternal associations, lodging or rooming houses.
(D) Motels, hotels and tourist courts.
(E) Billboards; no advertising sign other than those specifically permitted under sections of this chapter.
(F) Manufactured home subdivisions.
