§ 153.090 RESTRICTIONS.
   Any mobile/manufactured home located in an MH-1 Zone must adhere to the following restrictions:
   (A)   Permanent underpinning (block/brick).
   (B)   Front and back porch (minimum five by five).
   (C)   No later than five years of age from date manufactured.
   (D)   Conforming to the neighborhood.
   (E)   Zone change approval required by Planning and Zoning Board.
   (F)   Meets all other zoning ordinances pertaining to setbacks, parking, and the like.
   (G)   Wheels/towbar removed.
   (H)   Set on blocks.
   (I)   Any used out-of-state homes will require an inspection prior to placement on permanent foundation.
