(A) A licensee for distilled spirits, wine and/or malt beverages shall be permitted to sell distilled spirits, wine and/or malt beverages between the hours of 6:00 a.m. until 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Monday through Saturday.
(B) Said licensee shall be permitted to sell distilled spirits, wine and/or malt beverages after the hours of 12:00 a.m. (midnight Saturday) to 1:00 a.m. (Monday through Saturday).
(C) A licensee for distilled spirits, wine and/or malt beverages shall be permitted to sell distilled spirits, wine and/or malt beverages on Sunday after the hours of 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Licensees must obtain a Sunday Retail Drink License in order to sell distilled spirits or wine by the drink on Sunday.
(D) A licensee may sell distilled spirits, wine, and/or malt beverages on New Year’s Eve until 1:00 a.m. on January 1, regardless of the day of the week on which New Year’s Eve occurs; provided that, the appropriate licenses have been obtained from both the city and the state ABC Board.
(E) Licensees which operate as golf courses, private clubs, distilleries, and the like shall be allowed to sell distilled spirits, wine, or malt beverages by the drink on Sunday between the hours of 12:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
